Missing headings for Office X for Macs

No headings for VIEW FORMAT and HELP in EXCEL
other part of Office X like word are ok.

If you mean Menu choices, Choose Tools/Customize/Customize
Toolbars/Menus...

Select the Worksheet Menu Bar item (so that it's highlighted, not just
the checkbox checked), and click Reset.
