missing/hidden database in MOA 2009 bcm integration screen

Hi all,

Using outlook 2003, bcm v2 for outlook and MOA 2009. It wont let me complete
the integration as the database file is not shown on the pull down tab,
infact there is nothing in the pull down tab.
