Missing Holidays in Outlook 2003

I have Outlook 2003 SP3 connecting to an Exchange 2003 SP2 server, and when
I ran the update at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924423 it informs me:

"This update has already been applied or is included in an update that has
already been applied."

However, holidays are still not showing up in my Calendar. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks!

Also, I've verified the date of the file and the size match the version
listed in the support document.

Just download the HOL file from here:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/missinghol.htm . It's toward the bottom.
Save it to disk, double-click it, choose the language you want and add the
holidays.

Thanks Brian, that does the trick.

Now to find out how to do this easily for all 200+ users I have that are
experiencing this problem (plus their Citrix profiles). :/
