Missing images in Outlook 2003 in Windows 7

I use a template invoice constructed in word Office 2003 on a new
installation of Windows 7 In print preview it appears normal on Windows 7
and XP. In Read profile My details and logo (A BMP File)included in the
Header are missing. If sent as an email using Outlook 2003, to an XP
computer the document arrives correctly displayed if opened in Outlook
Express but a windows 7 computer displays the Document minus the logo file.
I have recreated the same template In word 2003 on my windows 7 computer and
the same problem still occurs. However A JPEG in the main body appears
normally in any instance off the above.

On Further investigation Outlook will not send pictures in Headers If the
Picture is inserted in the main body it comes through OK. Seems a bit
strange.
