Missing Images

M

Mick

Hi all,
I have published my webpage but on checking it out I seem to only
have a red X where the images should be, I have checked and they are up
there. All is ok while testing offline, I have deleted and resent all my
files, and reinstalled the extensions.

Anyone any ideas.

check a page in code or html view and see if the links point to your hard drive like this:
file\\\ c./foldername/imagename.

If so, it means you didn't have your web open when you edited the pages / inserted the images.

Open FrontPage, open your web, open the pages and remove and reinsert the images save the pages and
then publish.

Checked that out, HTML shows the following:

<p align="center"><img border="0" src="DVC00027.JPG" width="365"
height="274"></p>

<p align="center">&nbsp;</p>

<p align="center"><img border="0" src="DVC00024.JPG" width="367"
height="277"></p>

<p align="center">&nbsp;</p>
