Missing Import/Export Option in Outlook 2003

I have a client with two computers in their office. They
run Windows 2000 on their machines. In both the beta
version and in the full version of Office Professional
2003, they do not get an option in Outlook 2003 to import
or export. I have uninstalled, re-installed, installed
the security update and everything else I can think of to
no avail. Help!

Hi, Trip,

Is the menu option greyed out, or is it not even there? Did you do a
"complete" installation as opposed to "typical"?

The option is not even there. I did a full(complete)
install and it did not fix the problem. Still looking for
an answer!
