Missing import option on Timeline menu

I read the instructions on how to import data into Visio to create a
timeline. However, there is no import option avaible on the drop-down
timeline menu. Not even a grayed-out option appears.

According to the instructions, it should be there.???

I am using Visio 2003, complete install.

well, it's availble in both the v2003 standard and pro versions. Which did
you install (and did you install the options)?

I installed the Standard version using the COMPLETE INSTALL option.

Do I need to use the CUSTOM INSTALL option?
