Missing info in table

Hi,

I have Access 2003 and data entered via forms is not
appearing on my table.....thus cannot produce reports can
anyone help? Thanks

If the data is not in the table, it will not appear in the report.
Are your forms bound to tables/queries?
Are you controls bound to fields from the tables/queries?
Are your users going to a new record when they enter a new record?

One way this can happen is by the user typing data onto a form and
then - without doing anything that will save the record to disk -
opening the report. You must either move to another record, move to
the new record, close the form, or run code to explicitly save the
record; otherwise Access just assumes that the record is still a "work
in process" and doesn't save it to disk.
