Missing Infobar

Dear All,
Most of time my boss's the Infobar works well, he can see the information
"You replied on ....". However, Outlook sometimes will miss Infobar after
he replied or forwarded an email. Any idea?


Environment:
Windows XP SP1
Outlook 2000
