Missing Information from Outlook - Contacts - Address Book

I use Microsoft Outlook 2002 which I synronize with a Palm.

I had a friend of mine look at Outlook as I was having
some problems.

He did something and I've lost some data from my Contact
List (i.e. email addresses plus some other addressesO for
everyone in my contacts.

Is there a way I can retrieve this.
