When sending a new email in Outlook one of my users has
the ability to chosse insert and then choose "item" from
that menu to insert a contact into an email. I have
several users who don't have that "item" listed in the
insert menu. Any ideas please? I've looked all over and
would greatly appreciate some assistance.
