missing keystroke functions

Try resetting the Standard Toolbar.

Go to Tools, Customize, the select the Toolbars tab.
Highlight Standard at the top of the list, and click the
Reset button at the right. Say OK to the message that pops
up, and close the Customize dialog box.

Are they back?
