Missing Letters in Vertical Y-axis Label Excel2003 Bar Chart - A B

HELP!!! I can't get all letters to show in the Vertical Y-axis Label of
Excel2003 bar charts, regardless of font sizes or types. They are OK
horizontally. About 10% of the end space is clipped. This did not happen with
earlier versions.

Does this occur when you open a brand new sheet or is it in existing saved
files?

"Liszeth" - Thanks for answering. It occurs when I open a brand new sheet and
in existing saved files (copied same data, Paste Special-values only; the
y-axis typed in was "%Proficency" and what shows is "%Profienc").
Do these outcomes give any clue?
