Missing letters

When I print a page that includes photos and text boxes some of the letters
are missing in the text box. E.g. View from sout east (missing the h).
The problem seems to go away if I use a different font. I have Word 2007 &
am printing to an HP LaserJet 5500n. I reinstalled the driver & it didn't
seem to help.

Can you actually see everything in Print Preview? If so, it is a problem
with the printer.

Yes, I can see all the letters in print preview.

So it is a deficiency of the printer driver. Go to the support site for the
printer and report it. They may already have a fix for the problem.

And you're actually looking at Print Preview and not just Print Layout view?
