missing "Mail Recipient (As Attachment)"

Hi all!
I followed the KB 249786, but I didn't relsolve my trouble
on a Win2000sp4 server with Terminal Services, Office 2000
SR-1...

for Terminal Users, on the File -> "Send To" menu of
WD/EX 2000 the item "Mail Recipient (As Attachment)" is
miss.

as administrator, I see also the "as attachement item"...
pls note than my section [Mail] in win.ini is copied by
KB249786.

PS: Terminal users can customize the toolbar, adding
the "Mail Recipient (As Attachment)" icon - but that
botton is disabled in Excel file

I found the reason of the problem:

Mapi expect a "windows" folder under "C:\PROFILI\%
username%", but %userprofile% is in "D:\PROFILI".

(Administrator already has a C:\PROFILI\ADMINISTRATOR
folder, so he hasn't problem)

Know system works, because I copied the profilenames and
Windows subfolder on them: anyway, I need to know
***where*** my system read the C:\PROFILI foldername,
instead of D:\PROFILI....
