Missing main menu bar in MS Word 2000

russ - I need help

I installed sp3 for xp and my MS WORD 2000 lost its main menu bar. I need
help retrieving it. I reinstalled the software. Downloaded all updates and
the main menu bar is still missing. Someone please help.
