Missing menu item

On my toolbar, under Tools, I should have a command
for "Mail Merge". It is not there. Can anyone help? I
have tried going to customize and see if it would be
added if I changed to another type of toolbar that it
would show up and still nothing. Mail merge is shows up
under the command tab but still there dowsn't seem to be
a way to add it to my actual toolbar to use it. Any help
would be appreciated.

Got to Tools|Customize and select the Command tab again.

In the list of catergories on the left, choose "All Commands"

In the list of commands on the right, look for MailMerge (the commands are
in alphabetical sequence in this dialog I think).

Drag the command to the menu/toolbar you want.

Close the Tools|Customize dialog box.
