I have just started NOT receiving message text in most emails. There
are 2 or 3 addresses from which I have received the message text, but
all others are blank. I open the email and see nothing.
We are using Sitemail for email and download to Outlook. I can see the
entire message when I go onto Sitemail over the web.
I upgraded to Office 2003 sometime in July, but this just started
happening on Weds, Aug 23. When I check System Restore points I see
Software Distribution Service 2.0 on Aug 22, at 4 pm. (I also see the
Software Distribution Service 2.0 on Aug 14, 15, 16).
I have Norton 2006 (installed in early July- - just purchased), and
Windows Defender.
I did notice an empty folder named c37b2d9be1f7bc29a6938289 created Aug
16 at 2:00 am (I wasn't using the PC, but it was plugged in and on the
network, screen saver on). Another day I saw a folder similarly named,
also empty, that began with "a".
Any suggestion? Has anyone else ever seen this? No one in my office
seems to have this problem, but only one other person has Office 2003.
Thank you
Sara
