missing messages from IMAP server

Entourage sometimes fails to display all messages in an IMAP folder.
"Refresh Message List" does not help. The only surefire way to get a
complete list of all messages is to unsubscribe/subscribe to the folder.

This is kludgy. Is there a better way for Entourage to correctly display the
complete contents of IMAP folders?

thanks

Try "Repair Message List" - option-command-L . (This command appears in the
contextual menu if you right-click or control-click the folder, but not in
any of the main menu bar menus. The keyboard shortcut just works if an IMAP
folder is in focus.)

No joy. Anything else I might try?

I believe this is an Entourage issue. I use many other MUAs with this server
and do not see this issue with the others.
