Missing min-max-close buttons in preview mode - Access 2007

Using Access 2007 in overlapping windows mode...

View a report in Print Preview mode, then maximize it. Once maximized, the
min-max-close control buttons vanish. The only option is to close the
report using the "Close Print Preview" button on the ribbon.

This does not happen in the "Report View" mode. When a Report View window
is maximized, the min-max-close contol buttons move to the right edge of the
ribbon toolbar, just under the min-max-close control buttons for the main
Access window.

Is there a fix or work-around?
