Do you have AutoArchiving enabled for the Calendar folder? Right click the
folder, select Properties, and then the AutoArchive tab -- check the
settings. Also check the global AA settings in Tools | Options | Other |
AutoArchive -- AA must be turned on globally for the folder to be archived,
but otherwise, folder specific settings overrule the global ones.
