missing msaccess.exe file

Hi.
i am trying to upgrade my outlook xp program to outlook
2003. It stops half way through and says there is an
error that it could not find msaccess.exe on my system.
Where do i get this file. i have been all over microsoft
and access sites but i could not find this file to
download. Any help is greatly appreciated.

MSAccess.exe is part of the Office Professional suite. Do you not have
Office Professional on your system? If you only have Office Standard or
Office Small Business Suite, neither of these have MS Access as part of the
install. You may have to upgrade Office in this case in order to install the
Outlook 2003. Is your Outlook 2003 a stand-a-lone install or is it part of
Office 2003 suite?
