Missing .msp file

A

Andrew

I began updating to office 2007 but I had an oracle interface with outlook
that I forgot to uninstall. I restored to before the update and removed the
oracle program. Since doing that I cannot do ANYTHING with office 2003
(including uninstall). I keep getting

"the feature you are trying to use is on a network feature that is
unavailable"
referencing MAINSP1ff.msp

I have tried reinstalling SP1, but the SP starts exctracting and then it
tells me I already have the sp on my computer (which I did before I tried to
update to 2007). Essentially I am missing MAINSP1ff.msp (which is in SP1),
but I cannot reinstall SP1, nor uninstall office. No office programs are
working. CAn anyone help?
