Missing Msp files

I tried to install my copy of Office 200 on my new XP
machine. when I did, the photo editor refused to work.
so, I went ot the knowledge base, and tried thier fix. No
go.
so, I uninstalled and reinstalled the package.
now I can't run it at all, or remove it.

It seems to be looking for the .msp files, that do not
exist.

What now?
