Missing names in email To line in 2003

Hi,

I send an email to 3 people. All 3 people receive the email, and the email
is in my Sent items folder. The problem is this: The email is missing the
names of the people I sent the email to. For example:

From: Carol Smith
Sent: Friday, August 12, 2005 2:50 PM
To: 'Shery Mead'; ; <--- Where are the names?
Cc: Phyllis Jones
Subject: conference call to discuss peer services session at Training Class

Does anyone have any suggestions?
