Missing numbers on report

I have a fairly complex accounting report. The source for
the report is a query that combines five other queries.
We have been using this accounting system now for six
years. However, a new account was added recently, and one
of the fields that is a total of two stored database
members will not print. All of the accounts that were
created previously during the year will print this
number. But the new account leaves this entry blank. So
I went back to the previous year. We start a new database
each year. And I added an account to that year and I got
the same results. In the new account, this one field will
not print. I have no idea where to even begin to start
looking. I have compared all the records where there
should be a number in this field (there are 14 of them)
and I can't find anything unique about this record. In
all 14 records, some columns have numbers in them and
others are blank, but there is no pattern because each
account has the money distributed differently. But it is
only the new record that will not print this total. I am
using Access 2000, and I have tested it on Access XP as
well, and have received the same results. Can someone
please give me an idea where to look?

OK, I solved the problem by breaking the calculation out
into a separate query. For some reason the query just
stopped working properly the way it was. But now it seems
that I cannot format the number to currency. I have
changed the formatting everywhere I can think of, but it
will not display in currency format. Is there something
that has changed in Access that would affect this?
Everything has been running smoothly for several months
and I haven't been following a lot of the updates. I
would appreciate any suggestions.
