missing numbers

I have a problem when trying to print or print preview an
access form. All data is visible, apart from numbers. I
can see the numeric characters in the form but they do not
appear either in print preview or when I print to a
variety of printers.

Any ideas?

Often, if the fields are too small, and the font size is slightly off, then
when printing, the data gets cut.

so, try making the text box controls a good bit larger..and see what
happens.

On the other hand, forms as rule don't print well at a all. So, use forms
for data input, and build a report that can send what you want to the
printer (beside, then all kinds of junk does not need to be printed..and you
can save a ton of ink).

So, I would build a report..as it is too much of a pain and hassle to try
and get forms to print...
