Missing O1561403.cab

I am in the military and just recently purchased Microsoft Enterprise 2007
just as installation is about to end it tells me that i do not have
O1561403.cab and it cant continue.

This is more then likely a read issue.

Please create a folder on your computer. Copy the contents of the CD into
that folder. Did the copy fail? If it did, then you have a problem with the
CD or the drive.

If it didn't fail then try running setup from the local folder.

Original Installation Source Required:

If you installed Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 from
CD, please insert your
CD. If you installed Microsoft Office Professional Edition 200
over your computer
network, please browse to the installation source on your network.
Once you have
located your installation source, click OK
