I have Microsoft Word 2007 installed on my computer. When I double click the
Word, it opens normally. After I finish editing the document and want to save
it, a message box pops out asking me if I want to save it as a new document
(wired, it is supposed to ask me for the directory and file name, but it
doesn't). If I click "yes", nothing happens, if I click "no", the Word exits
without saving the change.
I also did a little trouble shooting. After I open Visual Basic for
Application Editor in Word, the Normal template is missing. The only project
I can see if TemplateProject (Powerword) and I can't get into the project. I
went to check out the Macros in the Normal.dot, but wired things happened
again. The Normal.dot appears in the name of Normal.dotm.
After all these, I decided it reinstall Word. I didn't work after that so I
tried to restore my laptop. Unfortunately I still have no luck. Is there
anyone can help me with this problem? Thanks in advance.
