Missing Office Shortcut Bar

I have a new computer with Microsoft Office Professional
on it. The Office Shortcut Bar is missing and when I
follow the instructions as to how to get it, it is not
listed under Microsoft Tools. Any help is appreciated.

Its not necessarily installed by default, modify yr installation to add it;
as run frm pc
