Missing One Note Printer

I am using One Note 2003, and love it! But, I seem to be missing the One
Note Printer from the list of available printers when I print from other
applications. I have repaired One Note and also re-installed SP2, but no
change.

How do I get the printer installed so that I can print directly to One Note?
