Missing or Broken referece error message when opening

Hi all
I recently had to reinstall windows xp pro, and afterwards I get the
following error message when i try to open 1 particular mdb.file.

"Your Microsoft Office Access database or project contains a missing
or broken referece to the file 'imact33.ocx' version 1.0."
*************
I believe this may be something other the the "referecnes window" that
is accessible form the tool bar but not really sure. Anyone have any
ideas? As mentioned this just started after reinstall. I have done a
project search for that file name but do not find in any code. Thanks
for any suggestions
using xp pro and office 2003

Yes, this does have to do with the references window.

Anyone have any
ideas? As mentioned this just started after reinstall. I have done a
project search for that file name but do not find in any code.

Searching won't necessarily find a reference to a file as you would be
using methods and such.

Try removing the reference and doing a compile. If you have problems
when you need to locate that control. If you don't then you never
needed it in the first place.
