Missing .osp file?

Frustrated 2003 user

I had XP installed and then upgraded to 2003.

OK, well I had problems running Office so I uninstalled
2003 and XP and did a clean install of 2003.

Now I always get this message whenever I need to save a
file or open one from a MS application or when I retrieve
my email through Outlook:

Missing 511226.mainsp1op.msp

And it wants me to find it. I look all over and it is not
there. What is going on?
