Missing Paper Sizes in Word 2000

I'm using Word 2000, on Windows XP Home Edition. I've previously printed
envelopes by selecting 'DL Envelope' from the Paper Size dropdown in
the Page Setup screen.

All of a sudden, this option has disappeared from the list (others have
possibly gone, can't say for sure).

Anyone know what's going on, and how to fix it?

Hi Alastair,

In File=>Print see if changing to a different printer
driver choice helps bring back that setting.

Thanks, Bob - that did the trick. The printer was defaulting to Jaws PDF
Creator - I switched it back and it worked fine.
