Missing PDFMaker Files

When using Adobe 7.0, if I want to create a *.pdf of a Word (Word 2003)
document (while still in Adobe), I get the error message, "Missing PDFMaker
Files, do you want to run installer in repair mode?" So, I clicked 'Yes' &
it did it's thing, yet I still get the above message. Granted, I can open
Word, go to the Print menu & 'Adobe' the file, but it used to have the Adobe
toolbar available. Now, it is not & I have this error message. Any ideas?

The idea of printing to the adobe PDF printer work perfectly, with all the
checks and patching of acrobat 7 it never worked.
the funny thing is that it used to work previously.

open office can be a good alternative converter if it is a word processing
document.

When using Adobe 7.1.0, if I want to create a *.pdf of a Word (Word 2003)
document (while still in Adobe), I get the error message, "Missing PDFMaker

Files, do you want to run installer in repair mode?" So, I clicked 'Yes' &
I got another message to restart, I did, and the story repeated itself
without any sign of success and I use a Lexmark X5470 printer, it has a PDF
bar, I tried to work through it, nothing doing ... Any ideas?
Your help greatly appreciated
