Missing Photo Editor

My son has Office 2000 on his home computer, but does not seem to have
Microsoft Photo Editor. Is it just hiding somewhere? Would a reinstall of
Office 2000 correct the problem?

Can he purchase Picture Manager which I understand comes as part of Office
2003?

You shouldn't need to reinstall all of Office. You can probably reinstall it
from the Office 2000 CD. The link below doesn't exactly apply to your
situation but it'll point you in the right direction:

Picture Manager is a seriously crippled program with barely useful
functions. It's one of the prime reasons why I didn't move on to Office 2003
and stuck with Office XP.
