Missing Pictures when in Normal Mode

I've been looking around all over and found nothing so far. When displaying a
document in Normal Mode on two PC's within the company I do not see any of
the pictures in a document. In fact the only view that shows the pictures is
the print mode. I've already gone through the usual ... Tools-> Options->
View and made sure that Placeholders is turned off and down below that
Graphics is turned on but this has not helped. I've downloaded all the
latest updates and still nothing. Finally I also tried to ensure I have the
right filters to display the graphics and I do. Can anyone toss me a few
more suggestions? I've hit the end of my rope....
