We have a secretary who has rights to her atty's calendar. She reported that
on many occasions she would not see placeholders for tentative appointments.
I suggested that she turn off Cached Exchange Mode for both of them, and she
said that that has been working.
But I got a call from her today and she said that she just had an instance
where the placeholder wasn't showing up again.
It's possible that CEM got turned back on and I will check that. But
assuming that's not the case, what other things would prevent these
placeholders from appearing?
It's unlikely that there's a filter applied or it wouldn't have been working
for her after turning off CEM. I don't know if there could be something
unusual about a particular appointment that would prevent it from showing up
for her?
