Missing Program File - "gapi32.dll"

After installing Windows XP w/ SP1 and completing updating Windows, then installing Office 2000 and SP1,2, & 3...
I am getting a message that says:
"C:\WINDOWS\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE" can not access a necessary file, "gapi32.dll".
Can any one please fill me in - what's up? Where can I find/download this "gapi32.dll", and where should I install it once I have it?
