Missing Prompts

In outlook 2003, I right click on a message and pick Junk E-Mail option. I
Then press Add Sender to blocked senders list. There is a prompt that comes
up that says "The sender of selected message has been added to your Blocked
Senders List, and the message has been moved to the Junk E-mail folder"
There is an option below this that if checked will not show this prompt
again. Issue: a user checked this box and now is not prompted any more.
He
wants this prompt back. How do I turn this prompt back on?
