Missing Qualiying Product

After a recent crash I had to reinstall Windows. All was fine until I came to
install mu Upgrade version of Office XP Pro. After putting in the disc
(Version 2002) and the key I get the message that a qualifying product
couldn't be found. I tried to show it Office XP Pro installed (from the same
disc) on my networked Laptop but it didn't like that.

My qualifying product was probably Office '97 and I suspect we lost the disc
in a fire in 2004.

How can I install this product, perfectly genuinely bought and paid for and
not an OEM version?

Depending on the software that came with your computer you
may already have a different qualifying product. If See:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290540/EN-US/ for a list of
qualifying products. If you can't find a product you may be
able to purchase one on eBay or other source.
