Missing records because of Turkish letters in ORACLE db connected

Hi, I have set an Microsoft ODBC link to ORACLE database in MS Access, but
reocrds including Turkish letters on the key field is coming as DELETED.
There is no problem with other records. I can edit, delete the records
manually or by vba codes.

Help please
