Missing records

I have a three column report as follows:
Company Name Registered Payment

Those Company's only registering (with no current payment) do not show up on
my report. Where do I need to change something?
I am getting the correct Registered Amount and the correct Payment Amount
for the Companies who have done both.

Perhaps what I should have entitled this question was more like "how to stop
record filtering?"

Your report's record source query needs to be changed to either a LEFT or
RIGHT JOIN. If you click the join line and view its properties, you should be
able to make the correct selection.
