Missing Reference

Microsoft Common Controols are listed as Missing under
References. I tried registering with regsvr, the
comctl32.dll and got message DLLRegisterServer Entry
Point not found....
I have tried to Repair Access and re-install with all
options - nothing works.
Thanks for any more help!
