Missing relative reference icon

While recording a macro I clicked on the relative reference icon to
switch to absolute referencing. Now I want to go back to relative but
the icon is not visible on the toolbar!!!!

How can I make it reappear?

I am having the same problem as the original post. I tried copying the VBA
lines wrote in the previouse response in VB Editor. I tried to run and it
did not correct the problem. Am I doing something wrong?
