Missing resend button on actions menu- Outlook 2003

I cannot find the resend button under actions in outlook '03. I've opened the
sent items folder, opened the message I wish to resend and then click the
actions drop down menu and still can't find resend. I've expanded all the
toolbars and checked every menu. Why can't I find it?

It's on the actions menu - try restting the toolbar.

I got it! Outlooks "instructions" aren't as clear as they could be, you have
to actually double click the message so it opens into it's own window- then
resend is available on the actions menu. thanks Diane for your help though!!!
