Missing resources in PWA

We added some resources to the ERP and they show in the ERP just fine. We
can add them to project teams using Build Team from Enterprise. But, they
do not show up in PWA. We have 139 resources in the ERP right now and PWA
stops it's display at 130. I have the Administrator role and can't see
them. I even added them to my organization in the RBS to see if it was a
problem with "filtering" on the RBS but it doesn't appear to be related to
this.

Any ideas? Could the database be corrupted somehow? If we add another
resource, it won't show up. It's as if something is blocking any resources
above ID 130.

If I go to the resource assignments views, I can select the missing resources
(134-139) to view!

Weird!
