Missing Return Receipt

Hi,

WHERE is the control (checkbox, for example) to request the Return
Receipt? WHERE? Please! I can't find it. In ALL mail programs this
option is available, except Entourage (2004).

And finally, how can I disable the sending of the return receipt when
someone request it to me?
