missing rotation handle, 2007

It seems that a rotation handle disappears once an object reaches a certain
small size. Is there a way for the missing rotation handle to reappear
regardless of the object size?

Which version of PowerPoint? On the vertical It does not disappear. On the
horizontal it disappears at 0.2" if your viewing is at 92%. If you zoom in
closer you can format the shape smaller. But then your not going to be able
to see it when your in the slide show mode

I am using powerpoint 2007.

With 400% zoom, when the horizontal size is about 0.05 the handle
disappears. Does that mean this handle tool cannot be used for object with a
width smaller than 0.05? I see that I can set degrees to which I want to
rotate, but the handle for me is more convenient if I could still use it.

Or rotate to desired attitude before reducing the size is another way to
accomplish your task.
