Missing rtf selection in Save As Outlook 2003

How can I add the selection *.rtf into the Save as type box.

I have only txt msg and oft.

The save as selection changes based on message format. For example:

* Plain Text Message - Text

* HTML - Text and HTML

* Rich Text - Text and RTF
